Another round of photos

OK folks. Here is another round of photos from Elder Chuch. He is still in the same place with the same companion and is doing well. They have quite a few investigators and he is having lots of adventures. He got to experience his first baptism last week (two young men).

Once again, the photo descriptions below are mostly in his own words. Any comments by me are shown in italics. Norm.

A snake we found in Brother Terrence's cage. It ate about three little baby birds. One of the people in the house grabbed it with salad tongs and regular tongs. Justin said this happened on Halloween night. They were sitting there talking and they heard the birds going crazy. They went over to the bird cage and this snake was in the cage eating the baby birds.

This is funny. There is a less active lady who has had one too many visits from the hoem teachers or something. We've never actually seen her but every missionary that serves here has a picture by this sign.

All of us. (L to R) Elder Klc, Beach, Chuch, Vaz. This is on another service project in Louisiana cleaning up hurricane damage.

A cockroach on the wall one morning. I was less hungry after that.

My arm. While in Louisiana I was picking up a log and it was filled with fire ants. Those are all fire ant bites. They are almost all gone now but they were big and ugly before and they itched like nothing else!

Me in my rain proselyting attire. It was humid like a SAUNA! Behind me is some of Ram's Coke stuff. He collects it.

Me 'n Elder Vaz (in front of the Houston Temple)

The Zone.

Me 'n Earl.

What I do on Weds. E-mail.

Brother Potter and myself. Justin spent Thanks- giving day with Brother Potter.

On Thanks- giving day at Brother Potter's sister's house.

Stuffing myself with Thanks- giving dinner.

All the food. Actually, it was just part of the food. There were two more tables of food. I couldn't fit all of the photos.

Eating the cockroach clusters. Don't worry. This was a piece of candy sent by his little brother, Spencer.

Onward Christian soldiers!

Helping out at the Methodist kitchen.

Me waving goodbye.
